This was a win for the garbage and a lost to my wallet. The container was received flat instead of cilindrical and the “snake” was broken with part of the wire out. Waste your money on something else !!!

Pringles can works!
I transferred the snake to a new typical Pringles can and the top was able to hold tight! But not sure for how many openings. Leave the foil inside the lid so you can’t see through the cap. And get a new flavor to lure them to try it out at the snack table at work.

Very Hard to Open
I bought these as an April Fool’s Day gag for my kids; however, it was so hard to open that they gave up on it. I had to loosen the top almost to where it was about to pop off on its own to make it so they could take off the cap. Just trying to pry the top off a couple times has worn down the edges and made it obvious that the can is not real, so I won’t be able to use it again. It was classic fun while it lasted.

Put it in a plastic Stax can
Ok, this is my second time ordering one of these and I highly recommend-its an awesome prank, BUT the original can is too hard to get open, and my 2nd one arrived dented. What you will need to do is go buy some chips that come in a plastic tube, like Lays Stac, and put the snake in there! Then just leave it in an area where a hungry passerby might be tempted, and watch the fun unfold!

Super fun
I bought this to play a prank on my middle school students and it was hilarious! We laughed way too hard at the screaming reactions! It has lasted a few weeks with kids playing with it daily and is still in great working order. I highly recommend 🙂

Fun gift but honestly, the packaging and lid it comes in makes the person you are trying to fool extremely cautious. Every single person held it and looked at the can design for a long time…so by the time they opened it, either their hand blocked it cuz the lid is so tight, or the snake just didnt spring out fast enough. Might be good for a dog to chase if you monitor the play… not one person i tried it on really jumped at this though. I think the can design made them inspect it too long.

First of all I don’t leave reviews like this. But this really bothered me. Not the fact that I spent $7 and some change, but the fact that we did not get to capture what could have been a hilarious moment. Let me start with this: I had received this item in hopes of pranking my children. Without inspection and without trying to draw attention to it, I had immediately given my 2 year old daughter the “can of pringles” and between her and her brother, they reluctantly tried to open it. After a bit some courage, they managed and found there was nothing inside. No spring loaded snake like the product was described. Just an empty can of a pathetic scam or a possible previous return that was overlooked. Either way, I am not going through the hassle of returning this item as it is HELL to do so. If I can rate 0/5 stars I would. Beware of this seller. I guess it was worth the $7 to make this post.

Spring too strong for lid
The spring is way too strong for the lid. The lid immediately pops off once the snake spring is inside. The included chip can was cheap so I decided to buy a pringles can to see if their lid would hold the snake down, nope! Popped right off. The snake does work, you would just need to find a container that has a very secure lid with a latch to make this work. Disappointed bc whichever company made this obviously never tested the product or just doesn’t care. Also snake spring smells like chemicals.

These are novelties So you know what you’re getting.My little girl Chihuahua goes crazy for this thing. She loves it. ❤️ that alone is worth it. One thing is….when you first use it, the plastic head part whistles.. after a short period of use.. the whistle stops working. It’s a cute gag gift for kids and anyone who has never shared this can of nuts.

Not very realistic. The first thing you do when you pick up a can of Pringle’s or chips in a can is to rattle it to gauge how many, if any, chips are in it before opening. There is absolutely no sound when you shake this can so it is assumed empty.The can is very hard to open and once opened the snake either doesn’t come flying out at all or it does with such force that it could potentially actually really hurt someone if it hits them in the face.

Best $9 I’ve ever spent
The classic snake in a can. I’ve used this thing half a hundred times and it has been hilarious. The cardboard gets loose when I use it too much and it will go off on it own sometimes, but it’s to be expected. If I put a book on int a day or so it goes back to normal. I got the pair of smaller ones too and put them in an actual pringles can and that works without popping the top. So funny.

Lid is hard to get off
I like pranks but the lid on this is unrealistic and hard to get off. There’s not enough of a lip to grab so you have to use your finger nails to try getting in the small Gap on the outside. People are used to Pringles and this design is much different. I actually took the spring loaded snake out and put it in a Pringles can. Work’s much better now.

Funny
About this for my 8-year-old who loves practical jokes. He thinks his hysterical to bring this to someone new and they come over. We got it at Christmas and it’s still all intact and hasn’t fallen apart. So overall the quality is great.

I wish I had a video!
My four year old is big into pranks and jokes right now and this gift was PERFECT! I’ve never seen a joke can with such a long snake. He really jumps outta the can and makes a big surprise. The screams and laughter when he opened up the can Christmas Morning were worth every penny. This prank was more than I was expecting as far as quality goes.

Piece of junk
I got this for my grandson but tried it once myself. It was really hard to pry the can open, and the thing that came springing out had hard metal coils and not much padding. I felt it could even be dangerous to a child due to the velocity and the materials used. It didn’t even look anything like a snake, just a long tube covered in spotted brown paper. I was going to return it, but it was such a hassle getting the “snake” back in the can that I just gave up and threw it away. Glad it was only 8 bucks.
